Ben Nevis http://trigpointing.uk/trig/1289

Not sure about the lowest; there are several at or very near sea level, for
example Healing Creek http://trigpointing.uk/trig/3702
but I seem to recall theres an inland trig in Cambridgeshire that is
below sea level.
