Ah, ok. The app hasn't been updated for quite while; it could just be that its design didn't foresee this kind of phone.

Sorry for the delay limur - you need to go into the Android settings and change the system navigation style to 'three-button' (or similarly named). Not ideal but the app hasn't been updated in years so is not totally compatible with latest phones.

Pressing back button didn't work for me.
Any other ideas for accessing Preferences.

It's also gone for me, rendering the app useless :(

Samsung/Android updates have now far surpassed the app :(

Anyone a coder?!

I've fixed it, sort of. Download from Google Play store "Menu Button" app, set it just to run with the ellipsis icon and it works fine. You can then turn the app off in the background if not using the T:UK app.

I have downloaded the menu button om my Huawei but it does not seem to work, very annoying, thinking about buying a old Samsung phone just for Trig pointing days out, not that we are allowed at the moment.
