There's even a rather convenient gateway in the corner of Adzor Copse if you're lucky enough to find it. Pillar base rather undermined (by sheep?) but it seems firm enough for the timebeing.

On that basis, and having spotted its top from the path below, it was duly bagged. Kicked some of the encroaching ivy off it while I was there.

Having NOT done any homework on this one (unlike others !) I failed to scramble down the right part of the cliffs. From the top, I could see a block on the shore which looked the right size & shape, so made for that, but it turned out to be a nondescript lump of slate. By then, it was time to leave, but presumably the TP and flush bracket are still in the debris somewhere on the falling cliff.

She's still there, but as suggested since early 2011, she's been knocked over and dragged about 25 yards. She used to sit on the fence or hedgeline shown on the 1:25000 map, but that's been removed, and the trig shifted, presumably at the same time.

The cross is clearly in place on the church, but I have logged a GR at the base of the tower, as there wasn't much chance of a visit to the roof at this time of the morning. That said, two mallards appeared to be taking an interest in setting up home on the roof, as they flew off from the tower as I walked up the path to the church.

People complain about the adjacent huge hole. There's been a quarry here for 100+ years, and we all want to drive on metalled roads and live in built houses (rather than caves). This and the other neighbouring quarries are the last really good quality hardstone aggregates as you head south on the eastern side of the country - there's a huge demand for it. What should we do instead - blow entire Scottish islands to bits, and ship them round the coast? Lecture over!

This one's great fun; not content with having to navigate the well-documented undergrowth & brambles, I chose to visit in the pitch dark too. Why make it easy for yourself? In reality, at this time of year, it's not too hard - climb the gate into the reservoir compound, head for the diametrically-opposite corner of the big water tank, scramble up the steep, brambly bank and down the other side, duck under some young larch trees, crawl a few yards between them to the right, and the trig is just there, the other side of a fence. Piece of cake. Wish they were all this much entertainment!

Extra points for this one - nothing to do with the trig itself, just the unusual approach through the clay-pigeon range to the SE. Dodge the orange clay chips on the ground, squeeze through the hedge on the left of the range, walk up the next field edge and turn left at the top. Trig lies in the hedge at the next field corner and gate. Slightly trespassy, and therefore with a bit of an 'edge' to it.

This one is a piece of cake to bag from the A519 just to the west; find the steel gate rather than squeeze through the hedge, and the track takes you straight to it. A very large collection of road cones and blue plastic barrels occupies the further part of the wood - suspect these may be something to do with the occasional Sunday car-boot market that's held nearby.

Took a diversion whilst riding the Llandegla MTB trail; the initial plan was to bag Cyrn y Brain AND this one - but the mapped track towards the top of CyB from the Offa's Dyke path didn't seem to exist on the ground (or, I simply couldn't see it in the rain), so it was just this one. It'd be a good viewpoint in better weather. Sadly that was lacking today.

I excavated the flush bracket with the toe of my boot, but it'll soon enough get buried again.

7/10, if only for entertainment value in getting there. Not having read up about the trig first, I went for the direct approach through the fields from the road corner to the southwest. Big mistake. As others have recorded, there are several fences to negotiate, all of them 5' high, and all requiring me to drop the dog over first, then follow him; he was getting a bit brassed off by the time we arrived. Climbing them isn't too bad if you're reasonably agile, but it's a long drop for a spaniel... We came back through the wood to the northwest side, where there's a vestigial track to the bridleway at SJ56410105.

A rarely-visited trig, partly due to the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere much, and partly the fact that it involves wading through a fair bit of deep heather. The 'Private' signs are almost certainly related to the use of the moor for grouse breeding, although it's not very actively managed at present (mostly deep and old heather, rather than the burnt and cut variety). Father Ted's noisy birds with long curved beaks will presumably have been Curlews.
