Trig stands on one of three tumuli on Trychrug. Looking South West from the trig Castell Perthi-mawr an Iron Age Hill Fort can be seen on a clear day.

Condition as reported in previous logs, except seems to have had white and blue paint spilt over it. Mast alongside is for Police communications, no idea why a pillbox should have any use here though.
