This hill is also called Warlawbank Hill, but very early it was always called Wardlawbank Hill and therefore of special interest to me. My Wardlaw ancestors owned a lot of land here in the 1400s.

Special Wardlaw interest, Wardlaws owned all of the Spott area very early, 1300-1400s. Doon Hill overlooks all of Spott.

Seen from fence Could not get in to see it, but took picture from fence. Next trip will get up to it.
