| Personal details: | Originally from the North Devon coast, I'm now living in Oxford, working as a software developer. One of the things I'd like to do whilst back in Devon was go walking on Exmoor, frequently to the summits of hills (and 'bagging' them if you will). Indeed I visited several of them which featured OS triangulation pillars at the top. I have to admit to being unaware of the 'sport' of trigpointing until I accidentally found the T:UK site. Nonetheless, I have signed up, and I'll see what I can do to fill in some gaps. It'll be another outdoor map-based activity for me, in addition to orienteering. |
