Personal details:Lifelong summit bagger, fairly late convert to trigging: pre 2002 pillar logs were only location ticks - quite a few Munros, Corbetts and lower hills subsequently revisited for meaningful logs. Wales surviving pillars completed in 2008 and England in 2011; passed the 6000-pillar milestone in 2011; my extant pillars total passed 6100 in June 2013 (plus 40ish which are just fragments and empty bases). Final pillar planned for April 2016. 10,000th trig visited in 2015: what with Intersected Stations, Blocks, Berntsens etc there is no immediate danger of running out of them.
