Flown out of Newcastle numerous times, gone are the days when it was possible to use the roof as a viewing gallery to see the planes land. A rivet is also recorded at this site NZ29 T272 RIVET destroyed 1987.

Newcastle-Upon-Tyne Airport general night shot of the airport terminal building. The disc is believed to be towards the left at the junction of the bright lit check in area and darker area to the right.

Had a look around whilst waiting for flight to Portugal. As expected did not find anything (not even sure what I was looking for....)
