Grade II listed, 1876-7. Dorset Military Museum now but once gatehouse to Infantry Barracks. OS records the GR of the Flagstaff as a little N and E of the Centre so if it's the left-hand flagstaff, as others have proposed, then the Centre must be relating to the left-hand turret - would have been nice for the OS to have specified that little detail. Bolt also listed as a component, but museum closed so no access for that. FB at base of SW turret.

Flagstaff on each turret but the one of interest is the one on the left hand turret when looking at the gate. FB 205 at base. This station also has a BOLT and CENTRE.

Found the building shrouded in builders' netting. On a misty day the flagstaffs were just visible, but the flush bracket and cut bench mark are somewhere behind the fence.

The location was visited to log the flush bracket 205, not aware at the time that there was an intersected station here. I do not know which of the two flagpoles shown in my photograph (if either) were used as the intersection.
