(222) Grade I listed St Chad's. I arrived just as a wedding was concluding, so I had to hold back for a little while, before I could do any exploring. A nice looking church and village. REVISIT: 12.5.19 Regularly pass by close to this one, and though I've often meant to stop and revisit - principally to bag the CBM I missed - I never have. So made time for this today.

Intersected station SK98/002 consisting of the centre, flagstaff and bolt, 3rd, 3rd and 2nd order respectively. All were computed in 1950 and maintained in 1980. The flagstaff is now gone.

Dunholme church tower I viewed the tower from several directions but no flagstaff was visible.
