Theres a belt of trees next to the cycle path alongside the A174 which screens a view of the Chemical Works, so took photos from Eston Nab. PF is most probably Pulverised Fuel (but it could be Pickled Frogs).

NZ42 T130 BOLT. No idea what a PF Plant is, the area is part of the Wilton chemical engineering complex which has an amazing array of industrial equipment on display. Not possible to get closer than ~1000m.
P F Plant South Tower photo in general direction of trigmark. Note: that steam and smoke is obscuring the trigmark, the stack to the right is flaring off "gas"
P F Plant South Tower the left hand flat topped structure is believed to be the trigmark location.
P F Plant South Tower this is not the setting sun, it is the flare stack seen from the south at around 16:20
