talked to the farmer,and he had not been to the top, and did not think it was a good idea

NY45 010 CENTRE and BOLT. A concrete silo with a rickerty ladder, access to bolt not attempted.

Dikehead Silo Modern H&S would just not allow a tripod to be set up on this structure. My common sense would not allow me access, did not try to attempt to find farmer to gain approval.
