Walked from Euston to see this truly impressive building. A great start to my first trip to London for 35 years.

(244) A four day break in London, so all going well, a few trigs will be bagged along the way. Visited, and indeed photographed, St Pancras on many occasions before, but I was unaware that it was an intersected station, so I shall class this as my first visit. This will probably apply to a number of my London logs.

Like Rob, I had a bit of time before my train, the 1906 to Lincoln, so I took the opportunity to photograph this and the Kings Cross station flagstaff. I must have seen them casually many times before knowing of their use by the OS. I also found a couple of nearby cut bench marks.

Couldn't resist logging this again, looking gorgeous on a sunny evening. Back at Kings Cross in good time for the 1930 back to Peterborough. Afternoon in London for a seminar on flooding, at the Institution of Civil Engineers HQ, 1 Great George St, a fine building in the midst of London's finest. Walked there from Kings Cross and back, a dozen non pillar trigs en route as a bonus.
