An evening walk up The Wrekin whilst working away in the West Midlands. Can confirm it's there :-). Location grab from the closest point to the mast outside the boundary fence and just above the compound whilst en route to the nearby surface block.

Walked past this on the way up to the Wrekin. Previously the site of a Iron age fort; funny how so much interest there is and always has been in mountain tops.

Luckily most of the mast complex cannot be seen from the pillar, so it doesnt spoil the views from there.

Lots of times from when it was built... (you could get into Manchester with 1 watt FM on 144mhz from the top of it !)but that was before the tv transmitters were installed !
