Approached from northwest. Parking layover off east side of unclassified road at NM420478. The slope directly behind climbs ESE onto the high plateau then a beeline SSE leads to the trig. Pillar in good condition. Spider centre open. Flush bracket faces northwest, compass measurement 309°. Vented through three sight holes, SW face plugged. Pillar bolt viewable. Full 360 panoramic view includes Ben More, Ardmeanach, Ulva, Gometra, Dutchman's Cap, Ardnamurchan and Speinne Mor.

Marvellous romp across the trapped landscape - Ulva, Dutchmans Cap - all the favourite views - looking out to S Airdrie Beinn (crater lake), Eas Fors next stop.

Argyllshire. It took 40 minutes to climb up from the road, more than expected. It was a beautiful day which gave great views of Treshnish Isles, Ulva, Gometra, Coll, Rum, Eigg, Skye and the Outer Hebrides. Plug missing.
