Water tower inaccessible behind large fence

Viewed from the main gates, but as within a secure compound and said gates locked - no access. My photo is as bad as all the rest so have declined to post one. Seems the secure fencing may not extend all round the compound and that rear access may be possible by circling around the rear of houses to the E.

SU31 INT050 CENTRE. Large round metal water tower. Opened March 18th 1932 and built by a Sheffield steel company.
