Too late! The hotel is now a pile of rubble.I can blame Valerie [my wife] for missing out. She surveyed the Broadway when someone decided it would look better as flats

SD47 T062 BOLT. Front righthand corner of hotel. Looks to have been recently re-felted and has lots of aerials on the roof to lefthand side.
