Good metalled access road to the NATS radar at top of Carnan Mor. Signage indicate it's a private road, not for the likes of hill/trig baggers, but it proved to an excellent way to the top. Pillar has no centre cap and is unplugged; FB is of the 'BSM' style, partially obscured by rising ground levels; none of the sight holes could be seen. Super views in most directions, radome obscures views to NE.

After arriving on Tiree in wind, rain and mist, the conditions had improved quite nicely by the time I reached this top. Not quite enough to be able to see Skerryvore Lighthouse, but still a 100% improvement. The flush bracket side was built up with soil and I had to scrape a bit away to confirm the number of S3644. The radar station was hard to ignore and it did detract a bit from the experience of reaching this island top.

Argyllshire. We walked up the road to the radar station. The pillar stands close to the radar golf ball. It would be good views but it was overcast today. BSM style flush bracket and the plug is missing.
