No masts obvious from our view point on the road, but given the traffic restrictions it was hard to stop for too long. Hotel still there though with original name.

As others have said, the two flagpoles viewed from City Square don't appear to correspond to the gridref

Not sure about this, but the GR seems to point to the middle of the building? Anyhow, uploaded a photo showing the two flagpoles with flags.

The grid reference does not correspond to the flagstaffs overlooking City Square. The roof at the back of the hotel seems the most probable location but no sign of a mast. (Photos taken from where the River Aire flows underneath the railway station).
