Pillar in good condition other than cracking. Can't establish the seriousness of these with the new paint job, but there are several networks across the faces. FB faces north-ish with the south-ish sighthole open only. Cap present with sunken lettering. Nice expansive views north. Asked permission at the Pheasantry. No problems over the claggy, but only just planted field.

Right in the middle of a huge field of late-sown broad beans but easy access off B4116. Although you can still see a bit of white paint, this pillar has been painted steel blue and there is quite a bit of that colour left. The top is intact with the original plug but three of the faces are badly cracked; only the east face is clear of cracking. There is a very substantial concrete base about 4 foot square. Good views westwards.
