(1531) Grade II listed former Church, now St Barnabas House. Church converted into retirement flats around 1990. Though some online sources give a mid-80s date. No CBM present, though there is one on Highfield Trinity Church, which is directly across the road from St Barnabas. Unfortunately this BM is wholly inaccessible, as a metal storage unit is now present at the spot and is flush to the wall.

now barnaby house. Did have a quick look to find the benchmark adhoc but did not find it, when logging trig found out there should have been one on the building. next one to site to verify it.

Centre still good, flagstaff gone. Now "Flats for the over 60s" - converted but church tower still remains.

St Barnabas; no longer used as a church. Presumably the tower chosen in preference to the nearby spire as a bolt could be fixed as part of the trig station.

Centre; didn't note whether Flagstaff present but think it's perhaps gone. Bolt (also 3rd order - "declared unsafe in 1985") not investigated. Spire nearby is the more prominent landmark.
