Left the van at the parking area by the Chapel. Followed the road round till just past Keillmore where i picked up the track. Through this gate and many more till in the same enclosure as the trig. Bracken not so bad, but it was all lying down which creates its own trip / snag hazard.

Avoid in warmer months, bracken was 5ft high and not easy to navigate...

Approached from a track south of Coshandrochaid with a scramble through a wedge of gorse. Worth it for the views over the sound of Jura.

As per previous log room to park on widened stretch of side road beside communal bin at NR706815. Entered field via farm gate at NR706817 following an unmapped track which continues to west of Smithy Wood. Once over the northeast end of Druim Buidhe (NR703821), there is no choice but to decend into the intervening valley before the final climb of Barr an Lochain. The valley is a large bog (NR703822) and you have to climb a couple of fences (NR703823 and NR700824) and a gate NR702823). Fantastic views from the trigpoint.
