SE97 T073 BLOCK. Found 2.1m from road on south verge, 3.5m north of centre of hedge, and 5cm deep. Opposite a holly bush on the north side of the road. 6.7m east of production of northern hedge. Inscribed "E II R Ordnance Survey 4/8/53" with a BM arrow symbol. Installed just after coronation. Bolt appears to have been steel and is very rusted and damaged.
