The Grade II* listed Victorian Church of St Philip and St James is situated between the harbour and the prom. The west side of the building looks across the seafront gardens to Capstone Hill and Granville Point.

Have visited Ilfracombe 3 or 4 times in the past 10 years. Remember the church well, the clock has an inscription 'It is time to seek the Lord'. Nice town, last visited 2009
