SE22/T023 Bolt and Flagstaff. OS record this as destroyed 04/84. The site is on the W side of the Aire and Calder navigation. The former shaft is marked by a vent pipe enclosed by a steel fence and is capped by a large concrete plinth. No other structures remain. A few cowslips in the hedge and anglers along the canal towpath provide a contrast to the former pit.
