I walked up here as I wanted to bag the hill. I didn't realise the cottage was a trigpoint until I got home, so no photo taken and not much idea what time it was apart from evening so I've left it as 00:00

Listed as 'Look out on the Knoll, Puncknowle'. This Grade II listed isolated building has an eerie aura about it in the early evening half light with sea mist swirling around. Engraved stone on the road states Footpath to Knoll Cottage only, no through path. Structure looks good, walls, roof and chimney extant.
