Well this turned out to be another trig pointing adventure. I'm sort of determined to get to grips with the Cardiff busses so planned to get to this one with a mix of bus and walking, which is sort of what happened but not as I planned. I caught the no 1 circle bus which it turns out is not a circular route at all but stops in town and doesn't go down the Bay. I then walked down to Cardiff Bay and across the barrage and back up the Ely River to this given grid reference which is indeed still a building site. Got to within about 65m. Had my sandwiches and came home by bus - a different one.

OS have as destroyed June 1987. Now a building site. I could only get as close as the development the other side of the water.
