Turret disfigured by TV aerial stuck on top; no sign of a flagstaff.

SK39 T074 FLAGSTAFF and BOLT. Flagstaff reported destroyed 08/72, didn't attempt access to bolt as behind locked gates. Now converted into apartments. Suspect the flagstaff and bolt were/are on the turret.
