Hard to spot and quite close to the cliff edge so Mr TJR stayed safely away at the trigpoint with Charlie! In the end it was a previous log mentioning the white lichen that helped me spot it.

Many visits up here, but it was only recently I realised that there was an exciting bolt/rivet to look for. (Looked like a rivet to me, but what do I know?) Beautiful autumnal morning, and found the 'pinhead' straight away. Great fun.

A lovely walk up on a sunny day. The stone table is amazing looking. Quickly spotted the rivet and then just enjoyed the views. A truly spectacular spot.

Now that's what I call a sheer drop! I think it was Brisey who eventually spotted this one. We were confident it was there as it had been logged earlier in the day. It was just a case of finding it.

I had SlainteJimmy's photo on my Garmin to help but it still took several minutes by three of us to find this rivet aka bolt.

Small rivet with top chewed up. Easy to miss on white lichen patch.

Careful now.. I was so busy searching for the bolt that I suddenly found myself staring right over the cliffedge! Smashing views on not the best of days.
