A great name for a trig point I must admit. It is the former Nelson gelatin works. There is a website dedicated to the history of the site that includes a picture of what looks like a water tower at: http://www.mirrormist.com/nelsons_of_emscote_warwick.htm The coordinates now point to a side road off Nelson Lane and a spot just outside the Hyundai Garage.
