Followed track up from road parking by chapels. Only one large rock spotted but this was too far from where I believe the location is. On a slope. Ground very hard.

Found no suitable stones. No trace of wall/field boundary shown nearby on 1:25,000

Slogged up here from Senghenydd to the west. Steep bracken and bramble covered slope. Sheep pasture at the top, probably a much easier way to get here - like on the RoW to the south! Not a single rock anywhere near the GR. OS records the mark has been buried, but I brought no prodding/digging tools with me.

Approached from the RoW to the south having walked up from Sengenedd. The were cattle around but they didn't take much notice of me. I prodded around the given grid ref with a long handled screwdriver but there was so much stone buried just under the layer of grass it was an impossible task.
