Well if the OS say its destroyed then I presume it is but there is still a cold store there though presumably its a new version of an older one. First tried to see it from the other end of the dock but no clear viewpoint. Drove nearer and got a sighting through a bridge but was reprimanded by security for taking photographs of the port which is apparently not allowed. They must hate GoogleEarth.
