I have seen this tower before. It is a water tower used to maintain water pressure as water pressure used to be low in the area. It also has mobile phone equipment only used by Vodafone and O2.

OS lists Cut and Mast as components. No longer a Mast, just plenty of anntenae on the top. No clues as to where the Cut may be located so have marked it as 'inaccessible'.

I wonder what the mast referred to in the database looked. I agree with the Lonesome Cowboy that the aerials tend to look newer. Couldn't see any sign of a cut mark either. Therefore I'm going to log this one similarly as 'couldn't find it'.
