The position of this former trig point bolt is indeed on private land, that belonging to the port of Cardiff. I got a sort of view of its former position by taking a bike ride along the barrage, something else I've never done before. You can tell using GoogleEarth that the warehouse used to be pretty much lined u with the blue cranes on the dockside.
