This point is situated alongside a footpath and near but outside a small mast compound and a nice old tree. Great views from near the given grid reference of Penarth Head and Cardiff Bay. I did some prodding with the long handle screwdriver but couldn't locate the buried block. The only downside was the herd of frisky bullocks.
