Located within Northgate Service Reservoir. Three tanks of which the larger one appears to still be in use and the two smaller ones appears to have been abandoned. Bolt should be located on the larger of the two abandoned tanks but access to the top of the tank wasn't possible. Aerial images on Google maps appears to show the roof of the tank being is disrepair so possible that the bolt is already gone.

The Northgate Service Reservoir comprises 2 old circular concrete water tanks, decaying and probably no longer in use; and a much larger circular concrete tank that is a more recent installation. The Bolt was installed on the northernmost of the 2 small tanks, which has crumbling concrete on the top rim and for which there was no access.
