Late summer 2016 tried to find this one coming at it via the farm at Shaw, completely missed it as it's on the other side of the hedge from that approach and the vegetation was very high. This time approached as described by paulxtr below. I've been considering an objective methodology for the ratings score out of 10 we give TPs - if every TP starts with a potential score of 10/10 then - less than 500m high = minus 1 point and if less than 100m high = minus 2 points; no views for 180 degrees or more = minus 1 point; uninteresting approach = minus 1 point; no interesting geographical features in the vicinity = minus 1 point; no interesting historic antiquities in the vicinity = minus 1 point; stuck in a hedge = minus 1 point...therefore Cheeveley gets 3/10 and that still feels generous....

I did not notice the hedge trimmer scratches, personally. Taken in on ride via Longframlington and Felton. Last visited on 2.7.06 but there was a very large bull in the field: no trouble from sheep & lambs today. Beautiful day with blue sea and Coquet Island in distance - worth the ride.
