When the old town hall is viewed from the western side there appears to be stub where the clock tower, flagstaff, bolt and centre was located (reference log below from lonesome_cowboy_burt).

TP21381 Stub of clock tower (covered by anti bird netting) and potential location of the TPs is in the centre of the photo.

Now the Willis Museum. Bolt apparently destroyed

I asked in the Willis Museum about the building's history. I was told that it was opened as a museum about 20 years ago and ceased being the TH a few years earlier. There's a photo inside showing that it had a clocktower with flagstaff - maybe the bolt went when the tower was removed.

I suspect that this is no longer used as the town hall as it now appears to be a museum
