High, modern water tower, presume rivet will be top side.

Couldn't access the water tower compound and even if I could I assume the trig point is at the top of the tower. Understand that when this water tower and the adjacent reservoir was built the nearby water reservoir and water tower was decommissioned (TP21494 and TP21515). Revisit 1 April 2020 - water tower still there and rivet still inaccessible.
