As others have said short walk along footpath. Usual Devon trig on plinth. Top of trigpoint is badly damaged. With Coineanach Hutch #23 pillar of the trip. Unusually this was also a Pokestop!

Approach across fields very damp. Last trig of the day

alongside footpath near comms mast in hedge.Damp morning and two fields of new crops with no headland left, so shoes soles coated with dirt!

Big plinth! Top badly damaged but at least it gives you an idea of what these pillars can be made of (not just concrete).

Visted while on honeymoon with Claire (Mrs Saunders!) We popped to this trig on our last day just before we came home to Portsmouth. This poor chap has been decapitated :-(

We approached on the footpath from the East, puting up a hare from it's form as we did so - the 'form' was a scoop in the grass the exact shape of the hare, the first we've found. The trig is in the hedge just before a mast not shown on our map. The trig has had the spider and plug broken off, possibly by machinery or perhaps mast builders.
