Rivet assumed to be on the roof and hence inaccessible. Several masts on the roof but unable to determine if any of them are the mast used as a trig point.
TP23843 Export House with plenty of masts on the roof.

Looked at the tall building from several places - there are a lot of aerials and dishes visible, but I'm not sure that the 1987 mast is still there. I didn't seek access to the roof to look for the rivet
