I had taken some waterfront pictures nearby and reviewing them in relation to Old Maps I realised I was able to confirm that this silo and associated trig marks have gone.

Location was at far left These waterfront buildings are not the building that carried the bolt, but at the far left, the empty quayside is where the silo formerly stood.
