Parked in golf club car park, ground extremely soggy so no golfers about. Across the greens and over 2 deer fences. Pillar sits in a very rough and soggy cattle pasture. Retains its original top cap, raised lettering; RHS sight hole open. Extensive views to N, E & W. S partially obscured by rising ground to nearby summit of Creag na Buidsich.

Good condition pillar on top of a flattish pasture summit. FB faces south-ish with east-ish sighthole open only. Cap present with raised lettering. Views a bit average. Seems more a bridging pillar between the north and south halves of the island. Easy access up through the golf course (challengingly steep holes!) after parking next to the club house. No problems with access. 200m slog across tussocky pasture thereafter with a couple of drystane dyke jumps.
