Two trig walk in the cold wind on the southern sides of Barden Moor. Fantastic walk with the gliding hills of West Yorks and Lancs contrasting with the gritstone seats of North Yorkshire. Grouse rather amorous but feels more like Winter. Return via the reservoirs with the Obelisk and gritstone hanging above like some dark millscape.
