On a Farsain Cruises trip out of Craobh Haven. Dropped off at jetty NE side of island. Good track to a wall (NM 7046 0454), then followed that to the trig. Vanessa pillar retains orignal top cap, raised lettering. Cloud down, raining, windy, no views.

Visited with a party of enthusists on way back from Eileach an Naoimh. Good path from pier half-way up, then easy walk across grass. Splendid view of surrounding islands and the Corryvreckan whirlpool.

Cylindrical trig, vgc, metal cap, wide raised letters, in shelter cairn, fine compact rocky summit; hazy view. Spring tide: Corryvreckan whirlpool was in fine form - could hear it from the summit. 20 of us on a trip with Duncan Phillips; landed at NM720060 (pier). Half of us also visited Eileach An Naoimh.

No details noted - fine multi-topped summit, diverse island. FB given as 10512. there was a group visit there on 29 April 2007: I was content to admire the island from the mainland that day. Simon's photo confirms its Vanessa status: and Lindsay's its FB no.
