Given it is close to a fantastic coastline, the location of this trig isn't great - it is trying to hide in a hedge just through a gate behind the house, Once close to the trig it is clear.

A devil to find. Person in garden of building prevented access through the garden so a detour round the coast path then through a gate to pick up the farm track then in towards the house entrance was made. About to give up when the vague outline could be discerned in the undergrowth. Quick pic before I was discovered and a retrace of steps. Good views couldn't be appreciated but the stooping and hovering kestrel could.

We have stayed at a neighbouring property for the last 4 years. The 1st year we couldn't locate it at all. Then in 2010 we had a more concerted look in May and saw it lurking in the undergrowth! It was gloves on and out with the axe; after a long period of getting scratched and stung I clambered in and took several pics-(these are to follow when I re-locate them)Hopefully other loggers appreciated the efforts !?

This fella was found after walking along a small section of the coast path from Prussia Cove. Turning north from the path by a tall wooden post containing a rack device, over a low wall with stone steps to the right of the farm fence. Walking uphill keeping the field edge on the left, once around the corner the pillar should become visible ahead in the hedge. I couldn't actually get quite close enough to touch due to the barbed wire fence and undergrowth. It looks in reasonable nick though. Continue uphill against the field edge a lovely view of St Michaels Mount appeared. Nice.

I had been abandoned all day by my owners. They had been swanning around, meeting and greeting, and beering it down the boozer. This walk must have been to appease me, yeah, like that will work. I know their game. One of my owners swayed from side to side as we wandered along the coast. It was quite nice though, lovely views of the coast, and I saw a Kestrel. Alas, couldn't quite get a leg up onto this one. Rotten barbed wire.

Bah! My first failure. A race against time as the missus wanted to paint a picture of Bessy's Cove before the sun went down so I left her and the boy on the coast path and raced on ahead. Approached from the south . Ended up going through someone's garden (although the clifftop house appeared unoccupied) and then climbing through a hole in a hedge and over a barbed wire fence following the GPS arrow. The area was tremendously overgrown and the nettles and brambles took a terrible toll! Time caught up with me and I had to abort the mission. I'll be back!

We were a bit confused when we set off for this one because the carpark is shown in a slightly different location on our 1995 Explorer Map. Once on the right path we headed towards Cudden Point but before entering the NT land skirted around the side of the field to the trig - which as Sagi says is on top of the bank close to the gate with the FB facing east. I scrambled up and dug down in the ivy to find a plug with indented lettering.
