The steps looked new in 2005 at time of the first log here, and they still look pretty good. But still no sign of the bolt.

I suspect this one has gone the same way as TP0282. The OS sketch quite clearly puts the bolt on one of the top two steps, but I could see absolutely no sign of it when I visited. The steps look very new, which makes me wonder if the local council have rebuilt them and removed the bolt in the process. However, I'm not 100% sure it's gone. I would appreciate it if someone else could visit this one and confirm that it is missing. Until then I'm logging it as possibly missing. I'm afraid there aren't any other trigs within 100 yards (unlike TP0282), but there is plenty of space to park beside the promenade, and a beach, albeit a stony one.

Steps The bolt should be on one of the top two steps
