2/2 from Bryn-Henllan. Along costal path and PROW via Mynydd Melyn. Trig sits at the end of Dinas Island overlooking the ocean. Beautiful views if a little rainy today. Trig is in good condition with spider, FB and plug intact.

Caught bus from Fishguard to Dinas & then walked back to Fishguard along the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Picked up this Trig along the way. Great views in all directions.

Parked at Pwllgwaelod, WC block and old kilns nearby just as the weather cleared as predicted. Made for super views and great scenery. Path sticky though! Trig in great condition 1SH open, FB and cap in place. Top screed off at two corners.

Parked at Pwllgwaelodd and walked the coastal path around Dinas Head to Cwm yr Eglwys. First in my 90 something trigs to have top cap. Great views to Newport and Fishguard

Ground around the pillar is being slowly eroded, leaving foundation exposed. The circular walk to the trig is great, with good views along the coast in both directions.

Staying at Newport YHA. Large car park near pub at end of minor road from Dinas Cross. Pleasant walk around the 'island'. Pillar generally in good condition but with slight danage to screed on top surface at one corner. Original cap in place, lightly indented lettering; cap standing proud of spider surface, not seen that before, perhaps just not screwed in properly, but all seemed secure. Lovely 360deg views.

Started the day with a leisurely circular stroll around Dinas Island. A wonderful sunny morning. Had a coffee at pub/cafe. Heading from Newport YHA to Broadhaven YHA.

Beautiful! Followed the coastal path up from the west car park. Stunning views in great weather. A very popular place, easy to see why. We returned same way, spending a few hours on the beach. Great day.

Walked up the coast path from Pwllgwaelod and the Sailors Pub. Start at 4m finish at 142m then descend and refresh with a very good pint. Tremendous weather conditions given the bags I undertook in the prevailing conditions on the day last week. A worthy Trig Point to tick off.

Pembrokeshire. This is a great headland which lends itself to a very pleasant short circular walk. There are good coastal views and we were lucky to have bright weather. Plug with shallow indented lettering.

I suppose I could have logged this one before as I had no doubt walked past it when walking this section of the coast back in the 1980s. It was however a pleasure to have an excuse to return and revisit this wonderful section of coastline.

Some superb views available from this trig point, which is on a little promontory out to sea. Exceedingly well worth the climb from the car park at the bottom.
