Coastal Connections covered RIB from Oban. Landed on rocks SE side of island, due S of summit. Ungrazed; dense spongy and tussocky grass makes for awkward walking; summit cone steep. Extensive panoramic sea-scapes. Vanessa pillar retains an original centre cap, deeply indented lettering; LHS and rear sight holes open.

Another cracking island visited on an Alan Holmes organised boat trip. Unmistakable profile which just gets better when seen up close and outstanding views to Western Mull and the outer isles.

Visited Island on a boat trip to Staffa and Dutchmans Cap from Ulva Ferry slip. Foolishly didn't note down the trig number! nice spot though.
