Easy walk by on coast path from or to Bolt Head. Bit of a path through scratchy veg. Pillar on its concrete base. Views becoming limited as the vegetation grows. Original cap, one view hole open. I think the OS may have spelt the name incorrectly - East Sewer = East Soar. You know what army types are like.

An easy find

Passed this one many a time and should have logged it long ago! Anyway, better late than never. Out for a walk with the Geo-spaniels after visiting Overbecks (again)

Adjacent farm is called East Soar Farm. I have sometimes noted that the OS don't worry too much when they named the trig points.
